Mail whitelisting
Add [email protected] to your trusted senders so notifications always arrive — no lost approvals or visitor emails.

Gfacility sends notifications — approvals, visitor emails, ticket updates — from the address [email protected]. Add this address to your trusted senders in your mail provider so messages are guaranteed to arrive and don’t end up in spam.
Why whitelist?
"Approval never received"
The spam filter caught the email — the process stalls without anyone noticing.
"Visitors don't get a QR"
QR email lands in junk on external domains — the visitor shows up at reception without a QR.
"SLAs break for no clear reason"
A missed notification → the handler responds late → SLA reporting goes off.
"Everyone is complaining about their inbox"
A whitelist at tenant level = configured once for all employees.
Add to trusted senders
Add at tenant level (Microsoft 365 Defender / Google Workspace admin):
[email protected]
In Microsoft 365 you do that via Microsoft 365 Defender → Threat Policies → Anti-spam → Allowed senders. In Google Workspace via Admin Console → Apps → Google Workspace → Gmail → Spam, phishing, and malware → Email allowlist.
