Create QR codes that link directly to a ticket template, a room report or visitor sign-in. Stick them on assets, rooms or in lobbies for low-friction reporting.

The QR code generator creates scannable shortcuts that open straight into a pre-filled Gfacility action: report this room, ticket on this asset, sign in for this event. Stick them on equipment, door labels or in the lobby — reporting becomes seconds of work.
Why this matters to the business
"Coffee machine broken, nobody reports it"
QR on the machine → scan → ticket pre-filled with asset and location. One extra tap = report.
"Meeting-room defect hard to report"
QR on the door → room auto-linked. No "what was the name of that room again?".
"Visitor without invite"
Lobby QR → instant walk-in sign-in via Visitor Portal Config.
"Cleaning round check"
QR per room → cleaner scans and closes the task — proof of execution.

Which decisions will you make?
Login required or not?
Anonymous (low friction, no origin) vs login required (traceability, higher friction). Often hybrid per QR type.
Code strategy
Unique QR per object (one sticker per coffee machine) or generic per type (one sticker = "report something in this room")?
Owner
Who creates, prints and sticks? Who replaces a damaged sticker?
Monitoring
Nobody scans a QR? Remove or relocate. Too many scans in one place? Maybe communicate differently.
