Securely sign in to Gfacility with your corporate Microsoft account — for end users and for admins who want to enable access centrally.

Integrations · Authentication · 1.1

Signing in to Gfacility with your corporate Microsoft account is the default. Grant consent once (or have your IT admin do it) and every subsequent session proceeds without extra steps.

Three scenarios on first sign-in

The first time you sign in, Microsoft asks for consent once. Which screen you see depends on your organisation’s security policy:

Scenario 1 · Direct

"Permissions requested" appears. Tick "Consent on behalf…" (if visible) and click Accept. Done.

Scenario 2 · Approval

"Approval required". Enter a brief reason and submit. Wait for your IT admin. No response? Move on to scenario 3.

Scenario 3 · Denied

Error message or silence. Send the link to this article to IT — they can release access centrally.

Direct activation by your IT admin

An admin with Global Admin rights can grant access for the entire organisation in one click via the admin-consent flow:

UAT / Test

Standard sign-in procedure

  2. Select your corporate Microsoft account.
