The contract next to the work

AI-powered import

Never type a contract in yourself. Drop the signed document in and AI reads it, then saves the vendor, value, end date, notice period and SLA targets for you.

One register, not a shared drive

Vendor, contract, value, term, opt-out window and the documents themselves in one place, so the person answering a question at 4pm does not have to go looking for the PDF.

SLA targets that are measured

Response and resolution targets per contract, tracked against the tickets and work orders that vendor actually handled. Performance is a number, not an impression.

Reminders before the window closes

Renewal, evaluation and opt-out dates are watched, and the reminder lands while you still have leverage. Nobody pays another year for a contract they meant to cancel or renegotiate.

Contract insights on one dashboard

Contract value, spend per category, SLA performance and the renewals coming up, on one live dashboard. Try it in the demo above: the register and the insights are the same module.

Vendors on the actual job

Assign work orders to a vendor, let them report progress, and keep every job they did linked to the contract it falls under.

What you get back at renewal time

  • Every SLA breach on that contract, with the work behind it
  • What the contract cost against what the work cost
  • How much work went to this vendor versus the alternatives
  • The opt-out date, with enough notice to act on it
  • One thread of correspondence, not four inboxes

What you get back at renewal time

Why it belongs in your service platform

The work is already here

Contract performance is measured from the tickets and work orders the vendor handled. In a separate contract tool that link has to be rebuilt by hand every quarter.

Automation does the chasing

A scheduled rule can flag contracts entering their opt-out window, escalate a breached SLA, or nudge the contract owner. Set it once and stop diarising renewals.

Costs in the same books

Contract value and job costs sit in the same finance structure as the rest of your facility spend, so budget conversations use one set of numbers.

AI on the correspondence

Ask what changed in a contract, what the SLA says about a specific case, or which renewals are coming up, and get an answer grounded in your own documents.

Vendor and contract questions

Vendor and contract management

Can we store the signed contract itself?

Yes. Documents are attached to the contract record, so the terms sit with the SLA targets and the work rather than in a folder someone has to be given access to.

How are SLA breaches detected?

SLA targets are evaluated against the tickets and work orders linked to that vendor, using the same SLA engine as the rest of the platform, including calendars and business hours.

Does the vendor get access to our system?

Only if you want that. You can keep it internal, or give a vendor scoped access to the work assigned to them and nothing else.

Can we track contracts that are not facility related?

Yes. The register is not limited to facility vendors, so IT suppliers and software subscriptions can live in the same place with the same renewal alerts.
