Logo, colours and visual branding of Gfacility — one central place that is visible across the portal, email notifications and (optionally) the signages.

The theme captures the visual identity of Gfacility: logo, colours and branding settings that are reused in multiple places — the portal itself, outgoing email notifications and optionally the signages. Set it up correctly once = consistent appearance everywhere.
Why this matters to the business
"Emails don't look like our brand"
Logo and colours in a central theme → every notification follows the house style.
"Logo in email shows an error block"
Wrong format → mail clients replace it with an error. Stick to 45–90px.
"Different colours per administrator"
One theme → one set of colours everywhere. No per-page deviations.
"Rebranding takes weeks"
Change the theme = all notifications + portal refreshed without per-template work.

Which decisions will you make?
Which logo variant?
Do you have a square logo? Otherwise a crop is needed — an icon mark often works better than a wordmark at 90×90.
One or multiple colour palettes?
Gfacility supports a central theme. For multi-tenant: different colours per signage device are possible.
Colours consistent with the house style?
Take colour codes from your brand guideline instead of "roughly the same blue".
Who is allowed to change the theme?
Restrict via groups/configuration permissions — otherwise you risk ad-hoc changes.
