Outlook Calendar add-on

With the Gfacility add-on for Outlook you can easily book services and register visitors, straight from your familiar Outlook environment. This add-on links the booked services and registered visitors to your Outlook appointments.

Supported versions

The Gfacility add-on is compatible with the following versions of Outlook:

• Outlook 2013 or higher for Windows
• Outlook 2016 or higher for Windows
• Outlook 2016 or higher for Mac
• Outlook 2019 or higher for Windows
• Outlook 2019 or higher for Mac
• Outlook on Mac (Microsoft 365)
• Outlook on Windows (Microsoft 365)
• Outlook on the web

Installation at individual level

Individual installation is possible based on user rights. Users can easily install the add-on via the Microsoft Appstore.

Installation by administrators

For company-wide deployment it is recommended to install the add-on via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Refer to the corresponding Microsoft article for detailed instructions on installing the Gfacility add-on for multiple users within the organisation. Follow the steps and, at step 3 of the installation process, choose “Choose from the store”. Search for “Gfacility” and install the app named “Gfacility - FMS for Office 365”.
