Sign in with Microsoft
Securely log in to Gfacility using your corporate account.
1. First-time login
During your first login, Microsoft will ask for permission once. Depending on your organization’s security settings, you will encounter one of the following three scenarios:
Scenario 1: Direct access
Your organization allows you to grant permission yourself. You will see the “Permissions requested” screen.

Consent on behalf of your organization
Action: Check “Consent on behalf…” (if visible) and click Accept. You are now logged in.
Scenario 2: Approval required
Your organization requires central approval. You will see the “Approval required” screen.

Action: Enter a brief justification and submit the request. You must wait for your IT administrator to approve this. No response? Go to Scenario 3.
Scenario 3: Direct denial or no response
You receive an immediate error message or your administrator does not respond to the request.
Action: Forward the link to this article to your IT administrator. They can restore access immediately via the official activation links in Step 2 below.
2. Direct activation by IT administrator
If users get stuck, an administrator with Global Admin rights can centrally grant access for the entire organization in a single click.
3. Standard login procedure
Once the initial permission is granted, logging in proceeds as follows:
- Click on Sign in with Microsoft on the Gfacility login screen.
- Select your corporate Microsoft email address.
- You will be automatically and securely redirected to your dashboard.
