The story so far
A need
There was a clear need in the market for a solution to arrange catering directly from the calendar, thereby reducing no-shows and eliminating waste.
Launching Gfacility
In 2019, we launched the first version of Gfacility: a fully integrated tool within the Google environment that allowed users to easily order catering through their calendar.
ISO 27001 Certification
Security and quality were secured with ISO 27001 certification.
Completion Meeting Management
The calendar add-in was extended to include features for visitor management, room settings and other meeting options. This made it possible to manage entire meetings easily and completely directly from the calendar.
Service management module and Microsoft integration
Gfacility expanded to include notification and knowledge base functionalities and integrated with the Microsoft environment, which now made our solution suitable for organisations using Microsoft.
Full-fledged IWMS
With the addition of new modules, such as object management, Gfacility grew into a full-fledged IWMS solution.
AI Assistant
We launched a smart AI assistant that takes managing meetings and handling notifications to a whole new level.
