De verschillende methoden worden hieronder beschreven.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-een-combireservering\"><strong>1. Een\u00a0Combi-reservering<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"57\" height=\"52\" src=\"https:\/\/gfacility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2952\" style=\"width:60px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Dit is de voornaamste methode om een reservering te maken waarbij zowel een Outlook- als Gfacility-reservering worden gemaakt. De reservering bevat dus zowel een Outlook ruimtereservering als bezoekers, catering en\/of diensten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebruik: Standaardmethode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-een-outlookreservering\"><strong>2. Een\u00a0Outlook-reservering\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"25\" height=\"27\" src=\"https:\/\/gfacility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-8.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2954\" style=\"width:53px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Deze reservering bestaat uit&nbsp;enkel een&nbsp;Outlook-reservering&nbsp;(ruimte).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toelichting: Outlook-reserveringen kunnen via het planbord worden geraadpleegd. Er zijn echter g\u00e9\u00e9n catering, diensten of bezoekers aangemeld in Gfacility. Er bestaat dus g\u00e9\u00e9n Gfacility-reservering en de reservering is in de evenementenlijst niet zichtbaar. Een Outlook-reservering kan op een later moment nog worden omgezet naar een combi-reservering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gebruik: Enkel gebruiken als verdere opvolging via Gfacility niet benodigd is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tip!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wanneer een eindgebruiker via Outlook een zaal reserveert zonder de add-on te gebruiken komt dit binnen als Outlook-reservering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-een-gfacilityreservering\"><strong>3. Een&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>Gfacility<\/strong><strong>-reservering<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"28\" height=\"27\" src=\"https:\/\/gfacility.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/image-9.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2956\" style=\"width:86px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p>Deze reservering bestaat uit&nbsp;enkel een&nbsp;Gfacility-reservering&nbsp;(bezoek &amp; services).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gfacility-reserveringen kunnen via zowel het planbord als reserveringenlijst worden geraadpleegd. Let op, hoewel er een locatie wordt ingegeven wordt er g\u00e9\u00e9n feitelijke ruimtereservering (Outlook -reservering) gemaakt.
